What we ask for, and why
- For an order: your name, phone and email, to confirm availability, the total and delivery.
- For an electronic invoice (factura): name or company name, ID number, invoice email, economic activity and address, because Costa Rica's tax authority requires them.
- If you have a professional code: we check it against our list of approved accounts.
- For a delivery: the town and drop-off point you choose.
We use your data for nothing else. We don't sell it, share it with anyone for advertising, or send you marketing you didn't ask for.
Where it is kept
In Bodha Gardens' order sheet on Google, and in the confirmation emails sent to you and to our team. Our team may be notified of a new order through Telegram. The site is hosted on Cloudflare.
On your device
If you tick "Remember my details on this device", they are kept only in your browser, not on our servers; untick it on your next order to clear them. The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long
Order and invoice records, as long as tax law requires. Everything else, only while it helps us handle your orders.
Your rights
Under Costa Rica's Law 8968 you can ask to see your data, correct it, or have it deleted (except what the law requires us to keep) by writing to info@bodhagardens.com. You can also contact the data protection agency, PRODHAB.
By sending an order, you agree to this use of your data.
