Hoya carnosa

The size of the plant and of its bag can vary a little from the photograph — each one grows at its own pace. We keep them as consistent as we can.
Overview
Flowers that look like porcelain: hoya produces round clusters of waxy white and pink stars, each with a red center, that are most fragrant at dusk. It's a vine from Asia with thick, glossy leaves, easy and long-lived. It blooms year after year from the same little spurs, so each season brings more flowers.
Culture
An epiphytic vine for warm, humid climates: it wants bright light without strong direct sun and a loose, organic mix that drains well. Water moderately and let it dry a little between waterings. It needs a sturdy support to climb or a hanging basket. A key tip: don't cut off the spurs where it has flowered, because the flowers come back from them.
